I must say, it seems more and more difficult these days to find a company that can deliver a good product at a fair price with decent communication. NOT the case with ICE AGE MANUFACTURING.........I placed my order on a Sunday evening and paid on-line with Pay-Pal, received an email the following morning that included the tracking number.............Thursday afternoon the order arrived, Thursday night I get another email letting me know that my shipment has been delivered. I later open the package to find everything neatly packaged, very professional!! The machine work on the rails and axle is just fabulous!! To me it is so obvious that they put the customer first, and that is what makes IAM a great company!!! (Posted on 2/19/10)
